Shipping & Returns Procedure
We can ship to virtually any address in USA and Canada.
You can also pick up your products at the Costume Avenue store.
All Rental items are for "in-store" visits only.
Due to government or other restrictions, some products can only be shipped by ground.
Shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 from Oregon to USA and Canada unless otherwise specified. No matter how much you order.
However, postage for express requests, handling fees, customs, tariffs, etc. must be at the customer's additional expense.

Rented items cannot be shipped.

All sales are final. However in the event of a manufacture defect or incorrect product shipped we can offer an exchange or refund. You will have 30 days to return products for an exchange or full refund. Free shipping will be included with your return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply Click Here to begin the Online Return Process. Your name and order number must be with the package to process the return. We'll notify you via e-mail or telephone of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Costume Avenue tries to ensure an accurate representation of product and color.
However, we cannot compensate for the viewer's monitor or color settings. We may also use "stock" images. Actual product color may vary.
